Why does the report cost €599?

The price is transparent and reflects real costs — we don't add anything that isn't covered by a concrete service.

• ·Sequencing at CeGaT (Germany): Low-pass whole-genome sequencing incl. imputation at an accredited German specialist lab — real lab cost per saliva sample.
• ·Combinatorial analysis by PrecisionLife: An innovative, computationally intensive analysis that detects combinations of many gene variants (not single genes) — as an appliance on servers in Germany.
• ·Wellness guide: Comprehensive Post-COVID Wellness Guide with symptom chapters, strategies and sources with evidence ratings.
• ·Kit & logistics: Saliva kit to your home and postage-free return to the lab.
• ·VAT: Statutory value-added tax is included in the price.

Because of this complexity and the innovation of the combinatorial analysis, a lower price is currently not possible. The costs for the lab (CeGaT), analysis (PrecisionLife), the wellness guide and tax are real and fixed — we do not artificially change them. You pay exactly what the service costs, no more.

Cheaper, simpler variants (e.g. smaller modules) are being developed step by step. The full DNA wellness report remains at €599 for now.
