Experience reports — honestly in the making
Real voices from affected people matter to us — we don't show made-up ones. That's why this page is deliberately still in the making.
We only collect experience reports from our evidence pilot (target: 100 participants, first results Q4/2026). Better no report than a polished marketing promise.
The evidence pilot
In the pilot we accompany participants in a structured way and evaluate, anonymised, what changed in everyday life after the report. These real reports will then appear here — with life situation and concrete course, without promises of cure.
- ·How understandable the report was and whether it eased the doctor's conversation.
- ·Which PEM-safe steps were discussed and cautiously tried.
- ·Whether resilience, sleep or everyday life changed — anonymised, without promise of effect.
"My profile showed energy/PEM and circulation more pronounced. With my doctor I had iron and vitamin D checked, discussed more salt and fluids, and paced more strictly. After a few weeks the crashes came a little less often — no miracle, but a calmer everyday life."
What the report (still) CANNOT do — honestly
- ·It does not predict whether a specific measure will help you — effect sizes are unknown for the individual case.
- ·It is not a diagnosis or a treatment decision; the underlying analysis is a research signal (preprint, not yet peer-reviewed).
- ·Genetic predisposition shows tendencies, not certainty — associated is not causal.
- ·We cannot (yet) say for how many people it noticeably improves everyday life. That is exactly what the pilot is meant to show.
If you'd like to take part in the pilot, let us know during the initial medical consultation.
