Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract (for services) or from receipt of the goods (e.g. the saliva kit), whichever applies. [start of period to be finalised]

Exercising the withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter or e-mail) of your decision:

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of your withdrawal.

For the reimbursement we use the same means of payment as for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

In a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires if we have fully provided the service and only began performance after you expressly consented and simultaneously confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.

For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene (e.g. an opened/used saliva kit), the right of withdrawal is also excluded. [to be finalised]
